Yoga at OM is different!

We offer small class sizes in a room temperature environment, full of plants and sunshine. Our yoga teachers create a welcoming supportive environment for all students, regardless of where you are in you are in your practice. New to yoga? You’ won’t have to wonder if you’re, “doing it right”. If you managing an injury or need to adapt your practice to your body – we can do that too. Looking for a space to unwind and melt into your mat? You have found it. 

Our classes are designed for all bodies, and are suitable for prenatal and postpartum students as well. Our faculty is made up of yoga teachers that are also personal trainers, Kinesiologists, Psychotherapists and reiki practitioners. We hold high standards of respect and inclusion. Gentle Yoga & Movement | Tuesdays 7:30pm | Tamara

 Spend an hour with Tamara, as she guides you through gentle yoga poses and movement with a therapeutic approach applied throughout class.
Explore movement and yoga asana to help you move in a way that works for your body, rather than fitting yourself into what a pose, “should” look like.
This class will dive into how you’re moving, how you’re feeling and what poses work well for you body. Gentle progression to feel better and move better, with support all the way. 
This class is for those who are interested in a movement class with a desire to improve how their body moves and feels. Ideal for those who don’t feel they would enjoy a, “typical” yoga class, or are managing an injury or limitation. Many feels like kneeling is required in yoga – but not in this class! We will find a pose and position that is right for you – to help you build strength, flexibility and vitality!
Tamara welcomes feedback and discussion throughout class, and provides plentiful options to find a way to make movement work for you, with props and guidance throughout, so you will feel safe and supported in our welcoming studio. 
If you’re ready for a different approach to yoga – this class is for you! All ages, all bodies – meet you on your mat, Dundas!

 Restorative Movement | Saturdays at 10am & 11:30 | Andrea

 A class that offers a gentle yet dynamic progression, with a keen attention to natural alignment. In this 60 minute class, Andrea will guide you through moments of stillness and movement to help support you wherever you are in your practice.
Alongside yoga poses and breath awareness, will be unique opportunities to explore Restorative Exercise, which Andrea is also a certified practioner of. Contrary to its name, Restorative Exercise dives beyond ‘exercise’ and explores our habitual tension patterns while at the same time working to un-do unhealthy adaptations to modern living. Please note that a minimum of 3 students is required to run these classes, so grab a friend or family member! 🙂

 Kids yoga with Tamara  | $120+hst per 6 week session

Kids yoga will return in the fall! We post new classes on our social media platforms, our newsletters and here! 🙂

Our kid’s lives are fast-paced and technology-heavy. This class provides them with an opportunity to slow down, get playful and creative and reconnect with play and physicality! Join Tamara on Saturdays at 12 and enjoy an hour of movement, and mindfulness!  This class is for children 4-8, however please reach out if your little is just above or below this age group and we can chat! 🙂 Registration is required in as much advance notice as possible as spaces are limited. A great way to spend an hour on Saturdays! You’re welcome to stay or leave during class. Go grab something from Starbucks and enjoy the patio for an hour or browse the local shops, while Tamara takes your child on a yoga journey!

Private 30 or 60 Minute Class with Andrea| Thursdays at 12pm & 7pm

 Feel safe and supported through a private yoga class. Wherever you are in your practice, whether you’re just getting started, have an ongoing practice or maybe you’re perfecting your inversions – we have you covered! We have a big bright, beautiful space full of plants and the gentle sound of trickling water from our fountain to appease all of your senses. Meet you on your mat Dundas.

Please note that all classes require a minimum of 3 students so grab a friend or family member! We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel a class reservation or you will be charged for the missed class. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
