 Workshops at OM provide the opportunity for us to come together as a community. They are held in our bright space in our Dundas location full of sunshine and plants.

We move, we learn & we play – and the best part is that we do it all together!

4 Our Next Session Starts Saturday March 15th!

Another 4-week session of yoga for people 4-8 years old is starting in March!! This will be our last kids’ yoga session until the fall. With a technology heavy world, it’s nice to get back to basics! Tamara will focus on movement and breath and finding stillness – in the most fun way! You’re welcome to stay and hang out at the clinic during class and wait for your mini on-site, or you can go run a chore or explore the beautiful Downtown Dundas core. This class is designed for kids 4-8, however if your child is outside of this age group but you believe they’d still have a blast, please reach out and we can chat!
