Workshops at OM provide the opportunity for us to come together as a community. They are held in our bright space in our Dundas location full of sunshine and plants.

Restorative Soundbath with Barb Sotos

Join Barb Sotos, for a restorative 90-minute workshop on Tuesday, October 22 at 7:30pm
This evening experience begins with gentle somatic-inspired movement and a gentle breath practice to release tension and settle your nervous system. From there, you’ll be immersed in the rich vibrations of crystal singing bowls, designed to quiet your mind, bring your body into balance, and create space for release and renewal.
Barb is a devoted yoga teacher and energy healing practitioner with 15+ years of experience. Her work combines yoga, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, and somatic movement to guide women through life’s emotional challenges. Barb is passionate about helping clients release stuck emotions, restore balance, and reconnect with their innate power, leaving them calm, centered, and free in both mind and body.

Tea & Chocolate With Monarch Tea X Madam Bonbon
Wednesday, December 10 from 7 – 8pm
Come and enjoy an evening with two of life’s greatest pleasures: tea and chocolate! Join Tea Sommelier and owner of The Monarch Tea Co., Katie Cyr, in an educational and interactive evening involving the art of pairing tea with locally sourced chocolate from Madam Bonbon Chocolates in Hamilton, Ontario.
Katie brings together two very diverse worlds and shows attendees how to pair and enjoy different teas and chocolates together. We will sample three custom made gourmet chocolates paired with three unique teas and learn how to expand our palates and create our own pairings at home. There will be a focus on holiday pairings with special limited edition seasonal teas.
