 Workshops at OM provide the opportunity for us to come together as a community. They are held in our bright space in our Dundas location full of sunshine and plants.

We move, we learn & we play – and the best part is that we do it all together!

Prepayment is required to reserve your spot in workshops. There are no refunds less than 7 days prior to the date of the event for workshops as spaces are limited and supplies are created/purchased ahead of time based on attendance. 

 

 

Breath & Sound Journey: Finding Calm in the Season

This February, let’s shift the focus from doing more… to feeling more nourished.

You’re invited to a deeply restorative Sound Bath created for those who are ready to give their body and nervous system a little extra love.

We’ll begin with a gentle meditation and internal focus—space to reconnect with what truly lights you up and brings you back home to yourself. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath as the vibration of the bowls surrounds you, helping your nervous system soften, settle, and restore.

Think: less effort, more receiving.
More appreciation for your body.
More calm in your system.
More of that quiet, grounded glow.

Valentines Partner’s Yoga  

 Friday February 13th 7:30 pm in Dundas

Join Tamara at OM in Dundas for a cozy yoga class for friends, family or couples who want to spend some time together! 
There will be some partner assisted poses and hands on adjustments. Meet you on your mat yogis!
