Alexandra Piccolo completed 4 years of training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and is a registered member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Prior to training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph in plant, and environmental sciences. Alexandra has an intent to help people, in whatever field she pursues. She believes in the interconnected nature of the body, and how it is a self-healing, and regulating machine.

During her undergraduate studies she received her group fitness instructor training in 2017, and promptly began studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamiltonin 2017. Carrying with her a love of learning, and focus that started at a young age being trained as a classical ballerina, and later as a rower. She is a firm believer that perseverance, and strength of the mind translates directly to almost limitless potential in the body; which presents different everyday.

Alexandra is fueled by the classical teachings of Dr. A. T. Still, and the principles that translate into everyday life. Alexandra believes that the body is a dynamic unit of function, and that every individual has a right to choose the best method of care for themselves.
