Booking an appointment is making a commitment to yourself, to your health and also to your practitioner – and that side is set aside just for you. We strive to provide high quality, individualized care, and do not double book or overlap appointments. We take pride in our ability to respect your time and stay on schedule. 

We kindly ask you that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Providing less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment will result in a fee. Without adequate notice, we may not have time to offer the time slot to another customer, leaving a hole in our practitioner’s day that could be used for another appointment. 

The first incident will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment cost.Subsequent incidents and no-shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the appointment cost.

No-show/no-call/no-email will result is 100% of the fee.

Late policy

You are responsible for the time that you reserve with practitioners for you appointment. If you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to complete your health history form before the treatment if you have not already submitted it online. Give us a call if you need any help navigating our online system! We have provided a downloadable copy of our health history below for you to print, if you’d prefer to complete this at home with pen and paper rather than using our intake form online.
