We want you to enjoy experience from beginning to end. We offer a streamlined online booking service and offer direct billing to most insurance companies. A prescription or referral letter from a Doctor is not required to visit an RMT, however, some insurance companies require this to submit a claim – something worth checking with your insurance company before you book your appointment.

Our tables are warm, the lights are dim, the music is soft and soothing, and your treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet your therapeutic goals. . We understand that a quiet treatment is ideal when you’re trying to decompress from your day. We give you a quiet space (no talking) to relax and melt into our tables. We will take the very best care of you. 

We have no surprise fees  – warm towels, hot stones and essential oils are always on the house! 

Our RMTS have different areas of specialization, which you can read about in their individual biographies. You will be in good hands with all of our Registered Massage Therapists.
